What should I check before ordering?
Check what your employer requires before ordering. Provide the relevant illness or absence dates and supporting evidence requested by the doctor.
Will my employer accept the letter?
Acceptance depends on your employer. A GP-signed, QR-verifiable letter does not guarantee acceptance; check their specific requirements first.
Do I need this for the first 7 days of sickness?
In the UK, you can normally self-certify for the first 7 calendar days of sickness. Check what your employer needs before ordering a private letter.
Is this an NHS fit note?
No. This is a private medical-letter service and is not provided by the NHS.
What if the GP cannot issue it?
You receive a full refund if the reviewing doctor decides that issuing a letter would not be clinically suitable.
When will I receive my letter?
