What we can't provide

Will my university or college accept the letter?
Acceptance depends on your university or college. A GP-signed, QR-verifiable letter does not guarantee acceptance; check their specific requirements first.
What if the GP cannot issue it?
You receive a full refund if the reviewing doctor decides that issuing a letter would not be clinically suitable.
When will I receive my letter?
